Stopping foreign transactions and closing the borders is the first thing that preoccupies any country’s thinking immediately after a pandemic has spread inside it or inside a neighboring country…which is what the Corona “COVID 19” virus has done.

The closure of some countries’ import and export outlets has prompted Egypt to increase its export rates from: “Onions, Peas, Garlic, Beans, Carrots, Lemons, Potatoes, Oranges” to Gulf countries due to the suspension of India and Pakistan exports as well as the increase in exports of orange and potato to Russia.

Comparing the percentage of exports from the beginning of the year to the end of March, the share of exports is 10% lower than last year, which is perceived as an advantage due to the economic disordered conditions in the globe.
